Irrigation running long near the side gate. Water pooling on the walkway.

Who it’s for

For homes that sit
empty for a while.

An empty house can’t tell you when something’s wrong. Home watch gives you a regular, documented look at the place while you’re somewhere else.

Seasonal residents

Spend summers somewhere cooler? We check in while the house sits through the heat.

Frequent travelers

Gone for work or long trips? Someone looks in on the house between your returns.

Second-home owners

Own a place in Las Vegas you don’t live in full time? Know how it’s doing between visits.

Extended time away

Caring for family, recovering elsewhere, or between moves? We check in on the house while you’re gone.

Why it matters

Small problems grow
when no one’s home.

Slow leaks

A dripping supply line under a sink can do real damage in an empty house before anyone notices.

Summer heat

Las Vegas summers regularly pass 110°F. We note whether the thermostat display and cooling look normal.

Monsoon storms

Wind and heavy rain can loosen gates, damage roofs and yards, or leave debris behind.

Deliveries piling up

Packages, flyers, and door hangers collect fast. We note what’s at the door so you can stop deliveries or arrange a pickup.

Tech that quietly goes offline

Cameras, doorbells, and Wi-Fi can drop off after a power blip. We check whether they’re back online.

Pests

Scorpions, rodents, and insects move in quickly when a home sits quiet.

A visit can’t prevent these problems, but it can catch the visible signs sooner—so you can call the right people before a small issue becomes a big one.

What’s included

What we check
on every visit.

We check the safely accessible areas on your agreed checklist. These are visual checks: we look and document, but we don’t test or diagnose equipment.

Inside the home

  • Visible signs of plumbing leaks or water damage
  • Unusual odors, sounds, or visible warning lights
  • Thermostat display and whether heating or cooling appears to be running
  • Whether windows and doors are closed
  • Visible signs of pests
  • Obvious appliance-related issues, like a freezer that’s warm
  • Anything else that looks out of place

Outside the home

  • Visible damage to the home or property
  • Doors, gates, and accessible windows
  • Packages, flyers, or door hangers left outside
  • Obvious landscaping or irrigation concerns
  • Storm debris or damage after bad weather

Home watch plans are recurring monthly services. Our one-time home technology visits are separate and still have no membership or subscription.

Optional add-on

Smart Home Watch.
Where our tech background helps.

Most home watch companies only visit. Because we also set up home technology, we can help your house tell you when something might be wrong between visits—like a leak sensor sending an alert to your phone.

Setup is billed at our regular home technology rates ($89 first hour, $50 each additional 30 minutes). Equipment is purchased separately and isn’t part of your plan price.

We can help with
  • Wireless water-leak sensors
  • Smart thermostat setup and configuration
  • Consumer security cameras and video doorbells
  • Wi-Fi and smart-home connectivity troubleshooting
  • Remote alerts sent straight to your phone
  • An on-site check after a smart-home alert, when our schedule allows

Smart Home Watch is not professional monitoring, an alarm service, or 24/7 emergency response. Alerts go to you, and you decide what to do.

questions.

Is a home watch visit the same as a home inspection?

No. A home watch visit is a documented visual check of safely accessible areas, following a checklist we agree on with you. We don’t perform licensed home inspections, test or diagnose equipment, or open walls, attics, or crawl spaces.

What happens if you find a problem?

We note it in your report and contact you right away if it looks like it needs attention soon. You decide what happens next and contact your own plumber, HVAC company, or other professional. We don’t make repairs, hire contractors, or supervise their work.

Do you respond to emergencies or monitor my home 24/7?

No. We’re not an alarm company, security patrol, or monitoring service, and we can’t guarantee emergency response. If you have a Smart Home Watch setup and get an alert, you can ask us to stop by, and we’ll come when our schedule allows. For emergencies, contact 911, your utility company, or your alarm provider.

How do you get into the house?

We work that out with you directly during the walkthrough. Please don’t send door codes, lockbox combinations, or alarm codes through the website form.

Are you a property manager?

No. Home watch is a visual check of your home while you’re away. We don’t find or manage tenants, collect rent, lease properties, or manage repairs.

Are visits scheduled in advance?

Yes. We agree on visit days before your plan starts. If your travel plans change, let us know and we’ll work out a new schedule.

Is Smart Home Watch included in the monthly plans?

No. Smart Home Watch is optional. Setup is billed at our regular home technology rates, and any equipment is purchased separately. Your home watch plan price stays the same.

Tell us about
your home.

Send a few details and we’ll get in touch to talk through your schedule and set up a walkthrough. Rather talk now?

Home watch visits are visual, observational checks of safely accessible areas using an agreed checklist. They don’t guarantee that every problem will be found, and they don’t replace a professional home inspection, a monitored alarm system, or homeowners insurance.

We use these details only to respond to your request (see our privacy policy). Submitting this form doesn’t commit you to a plan.
